Who we are
This website is operated by Zevrix Vortex Trading L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (business licence no. 2653621.01), with its registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai ("we", "us").
What data we collect
When you submit an enquiry or quotation form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, machine and part details and your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time in server logs, for security and to operate the website.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our fonts are served from our own website, not from third-party font services.
How we use your data
We use the data you submit only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and communicate with you about your request and any resulting order. We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
We use carefully selected service providers to operate this website: a hosting provider and, where enabled, a form delivery service (Web3Forms) that forwards form submissions to our inbox. Where online delivery is not enabled, the form opens your own email application and nothing is sent until you send the email yourself. These providers process data on our behalf and may process it outside the UAE.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data where it applies, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or ask us to restrict its processing. To make a request, email us at zevrixvortex@gmail.com.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), input validation and spam protection to safeguard submitted data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information through our forms.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. For any privacy question, contact us at zevrixvortex@gmail.com or +971 55 285 2523.
